• Place on a flat surface – Fold all creases before starting.
• Fold first two corner creases up and inwards together to create a wall
– then fold over flap and push downwards to lock into place.
• Do the same for the opposite side of the tray
• Expand dividers to create 9 chutes (like a wine divider).
• Place inside the assembled leak-resistant tray ready to place and push down inside the main box once assembled.
• We’re all about not wasting resources – so if you can reuse the old lid, you don’t need to do this step!
• Place the lid printed side down & fold all creases carefully before starting.
• Follow number sequence 1-4 on the lid
• Follow number sequence and Instructions 1-4
• Insert tray & dividers, pushing down into main box
• If using as the top box, fold the front tongue forward and down.
• Follow number sequence and Instructions 5-7 on the main box
